BirdyFrances Bird has been asked to look after the new girl at school, the very posh sounding Alberta Black. Frances starts off as a bit of a loner but, to her surprise and delight, she and Alberta become the best of friends, doing everything together and creating their own sign of togethernessa blackbird.
